I contacted Jim to replace bad u-joints on my 2007 Tacoma. He exemplifies professionalism not only in his work but how he manages business. Straight forward and to the point, without any attempt to sell or up-charge on something unnecessary as you would find with other repair facilities. On Site Mechanic is like no other so brace yourself before I get into this. It's a long one but 100% true. I've dealt with just about every mechanic shop in Marion and none of the ones I dealt with can compare to On Site Mechanic. When I say that I mean it in everyway. He's prices is very reasonable. His fair, honest, respect and knowledge of the automotive field. On Site Mechanic goes above and beyond to satisfy his costumers. It's so hard to find real trustworthy, not out to get your money mechanic shops these days. On Site Mechanic is one of those mechanics thats everything you could ask for in a mechanic. Jim is very knowledgeable, honest, and fair. My son bought a lemon of a car and Jim has worked very hard at diagnosing the issue as the starter and computer module. This guy is amazing! Jim came out quickly, and within minutes knew we needed to replace our starter. We had only talked about diagnosing the problem, but when we asked how soon we could arrange for him to do the work, he had the part and was ready that moment! He was extremely reasonable, and professional. He also had some great conversation topics and has some awesome hobbies! Will call him first next time we need car service!

I found On-Site Mechanics while searching my local area for a mechanic. After calling around to several mechanics and getting quotes, On-Site had the best price at hundreds of dollars less than the competitors. I had a starter replaced in a 2007 Toyota Tundra. It was a difficult repair. The mechanic was friendly, professional and took the time to explain everything to me throughout the process. I saved another hundred not having to tow my truck because he came to my location. Other mechanics would charge more when a repair takes longer than expected, but On-Site Mechanics kept the price the same even though the repair took longer than expected. The truck had been sitting for awhile so he even stuck around for awhile after the repair to make sure the vehicle was running good. I can not say enough great things about On-Site and the service I received. On-Site Mechanics is the only mechanic I will call from here on out. I highly recommend!
